Before downloading the RemoteMix Software Agent, you need to know what type of processor your Apple computer has. This article will help you find that information.

On your computer, click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the menu bar, and select About This Mac.

You'll be able to see the information you need in the next pop-up window.

If you see Intel under Processor, you will select the Intel chip download link option from the RemoteMix Dashboard.

If you see Apple M under Chip, then you'll select the Apple M chip download link from the options.
