While creating a new RemoteMix connection, you may find the Search Network button is unresponsive following the selection of your Allen & Heath SQ mixer. This is likely due to another RemoteMix Agent connected to the mixer, whether it's BoxCast's Spark encoder or a device running the RemoteMix Software Agent. Click the home button in the upper left corner of your dashboard to navigate back to your connections.
Find the RemoteMix Agent currently connected to your SQ mixer, click the kebab button, and then click Disconnect from Mixer. Once the agent has been disconnected, you are free to create the new connection.
